Where Is The Vin On A 1930 Ford Model A Located?

there is no vin on the earlier cars. they used a motor number. the number is on the engine of the vehical. if the engine has been changed you can have a plate engraved at a trophy shop or stamp the door jam with the motor number from the title. this will work for any inspections you have to get.

The serial number is stamped in the top of left side frame rail next to steering box, and should be the same as engine number.
